Feeling comfortable and informed before you start will help you to make the best decision for you and enable you to make the most of your sessions when they start. It is also important for any counsellor to assess their own suitability for each individual before they accept them as a client.
I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation during which we can talk through your questions and concerns regarding therapy. We will look at what has brought you to therapy and your expectations. After this we can decide jointly whether to commit to working together.
